About these terms
These proposed terms cover the Kaloshaus website and, once made available for purchase, the Aureon and Custodia digital workbooks. Kaloshaus is the brand; the seller’s legal identity and contact address must be added before accepting payment. Questions may be sent to info@kaloshaus.com.
Product information
Aureon is a personal finance workbook. Custodia is a separate home inventory workbook. Descriptions and planned prices on the website are informational and should be checked against the final delivered files and purchase listing.
Proposed personal-use licence
After a completed purchase, the purchaser may use the supplied workbook for their own personal or internal business record-keeping. Unless the final purchase terms say otherwise, the purchaser may not resell, sublicense, publicly share, or redistribute the original workbook or a substantially similar copy. This draft does not transfer ownership of the underlying product design or intellectual property.
Use and limitations
The workbooks organize information and perform calculations from entries and assumptions supplied by the user. They do not provide financial, investment, legal, accounting, insurance, or tax advice, and they do not guarantee any result.
