Proposed voluntary refund window

Kaloshaus proposes offering a refund request window of seven calendar days from purchase for Aureon and Custodia. To request a refund, email orders@kaloshaus.com with the order reference and the email used at purchase. Do not email payment card details.

This is a proposed customer-friendly policy, not a live promise yet. The final version should explain eligibility, how digital delivery is handled, how quickly a refund is processed, and whether the checkout provider has additional steps.

This proposed policy is not intended to remove rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection or other law. The final policy and purchase flow should be reviewed for the laws that apply to the seller and customer.
