Who is responsible
Kaloshaus is the product and website brand. The legal person or entity responsible for processing, including its service address, should be identified here before publication. For privacy requests, contact info@kaloshaus.com.
Information the website handles
- Messages you send: your email address and whatever information you include when contacting store@, orders@, support@, or info@.
- Technical delivery data: the website host may process connection and request data needed to deliver and secure the site. The host and its retention settings have not yet been identified in this draft.
- Fonts: site pages request fonts from Google Fonts. This can send technical request information to Google when the page loads. Replace with locally hosted font files if you do not want that external request.
- Purchases: checkout is not active yet. If a payment or delivery provider is added, that provider may receive data required to complete a purchase; identify the provider and link its privacy notice here before launch.
This website currently has no on-page contact form, customer account, or analytics code in these pages.
Workbook information
Aureon and Custodia are offline-first files. Kaloshaus does not receive workbook entries automatically. Your file and its contents remain wherever you save them unless you choose to send, upload, or share them. Do not enter complete payment card numbers or full bank account numbers into the workbooks.
How information may be used
Information in an email may be used to answer your enquiry, provide support, manage an order once sales are enabled, and maintain business records. The relevant service provider may process information to operate email, hosting, or a future checkout service. Confirm service providers and retention periods before publication.
Your choices and rights
You may contact info@kaloshaus.com to ask about personal information associated with your message, or to make a request concerning access, correction, objection, or deletion. Applicable rights depend on the law and circumstances; requests will be handled under applicable data protection law. The Office of the Data Protection Commissioner provides information about data subject rights.
Cookies and external services
The current pages do not set analytics or advertising cookies in their authored code. The host or embedded third-party services may use technical storage or process connection information; review their configurations and terms before launch. The Google Fonts request is the current external service referenced by the stylesheets.

Update this notice if the site adds payment, analytics, mailing list, support ticketing, or other services. Replace this draft date and describe what actually operates.
